As we approach year end, most of us are already thinking about our goals and activities for next year – planning where we’ll go in 2015 and how we’ll get there. Out with the old year, onto the new one. I suggest that you not throw out the old year too quickly. Take some time to reflect on the past year, and then let what you learn from that reflection inform what you project for 2015. A good way to do that is by asking yourself three questions:
- What are the things from 2014 that I will STOP doing?
- What are the things that in 2015 I will START doing?
- What are the things from 2014 that I will CONTINUE doing in 2015?
